Senior Engineer - NPD Hydraulics

We are looking for a Senior engineer with 4-8 years of experience Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Design & Development: Leading the design and development of hydraulic systems and components for new products Simulation & Analysis: Utilizing advanced simulation tools and technique to analyze and optimize hydraulic systems Prototyping: Overseeing the creation and testing of prototypes to ensure they meet design specifications and performance criteria Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues inn hydraulic systems during the development process Managerial Attributes: 1 Defining project goals, timelines, and budgets, Creating detailed project plans and schedules Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support throughout the development process Research & Development: Staying updated with the latest advancements in hydraulic technology and implementing innovative solutions in new product development
