Senior BI Leader

As a Senior Lead - BI with over 10 years of experience, your role will involve driving large-scale report migration, ensuring reporting stability, and managing stakeholder alignment. You will have end-to-end ownership of BI migration and reporting enablement, including the migration of reports, alignment with the data platform, stakeholder coordination across business and IT teams, and ensuring reporting stability and governance. This leadership position requires strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and BI expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the BI workstream delivery, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of report migration, validation, and deployment. - Ensure adherence to program milestones, timelines, data consistency with legacy systems, minimal business disruption, and smooth UAT and sign-offs. - Work closely with business users/SPOCs, client IT and data teams, program governance (PMO), and internal delivery teams, acting as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders. - Track report migration progress, dependencies, risks, UAT status, and sign-offs. Ensure scope adherence, proper documentation, audit traceability, and alignment with governance standards. - Define and oversee data validation strategy, reconciliation between legacy and new platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency of reports, and trust in the migrated reporting layer. - Lead a team of BI developers and analysts, ensuring effective task allocation, quality of delivery, productivity, and adherence to timelines. - Contribute to BI modernization roadmap, performance optimization, and dashboard rationalization. Required Skills & Experience: Experience: - 10+ years in BI/Data/Analytics, with experience in large-scale BI migration programs. Exposure to AMC/BFSI domain is preferred. Technical Skills: - Strong experience in Power BI and MSBI Suite (mandatory), SQL, data warehousing/data lake concepts. Functional Skills: - Strong understanding of reporting lifecycle, UAT, business validation, and data reconciliation.
