Revit Engineer / BIM Modeler (Assignment Basis)

Experienced Revit Engineer / BIM Modeler to work on an assignment basis for residential building projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and be capable of preparing accurate architectural, structural, and MEP models, construction drawings, and BIM documentation. Key Responsibilities Develop and modify BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and construction documentation. Create 3D models, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams. Detect and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools. Ensure models comply with project standards and client requirements. Generate BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from Revit models. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit . Good knowledge of AutoCAD. Experience in BIM workflows and documentation. Understanding of residential building construction. Ability to prepare detailed working drawings. Knowledge of structural and MEP coordination. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
