About the role
You are an experienced Engineering Manager who will lead the DevOps and Cloud Engineering team. Your role involves building and scaling cloud platforms, driving DevOps best practices, improving delivery pipelines, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams. - Lead and grow a team of DevOps and Cloud Engineers. - Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation. - Design and oversee scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Implement and improve deployment pipelines, observability, and reliability engineering practices. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to improve software delivery and platform performance. - Manage incident response, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering. - 2+ years of Engineering Management / People Management experience. - Strong experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD Pipelines, Kubernetes and Containerization, Observability and Monitoring Tools, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. - Experience designing scalable cloud solutions and architectures. - Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. In addition to the above requirements, it would be nice to have experience with large-scale cloud transformations, exposure to Agile delivery practices and modern software engineering methodologies, and experience in building and scaling engineering teams.
