SRE Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps / SRE Engineer with strong expertise in Azure and/or GCP cloud environments, CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, and monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure while improving reliability, automation, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will be across the following functions: Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Engineering: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or GCP.Build scalable, secure, and highly available architectures.Manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS/GKE) and containerised workloads. CI/CD and DevOps Toolchain: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and JFrog Artifactory.Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD.Ensure automated, repeatable deployments across environments. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Helm Charts.Implement infrastructure testing using Terratest.Enforce security and compliance using Checkov. Configuration Management: Automate configuration management using:Ansible OR Azure DSC packagesEnsure consistent configuration across environments. Monitoring, Observability and Reliability: Implement monitoring and logging solutions using: Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics Workspace, Azure Application Insights, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and New Relic.Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.Proactively identify and resolve reliability issues.Conduct incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortems. Scripting and Automation: Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, and PowerShell.Automate operational tasks to reduce manual intervention. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE roles.3-5 years hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP.Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/GKE).Deep understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure automation.Experience with monitoring and observability frameworks.Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud best practices.Experience working in production support and high-availability systems.Experience with multi-cloud environments.Knowledge of security best practices in cloud-native environments.Experience with cost optimisation strategies.Relevant certifications (Azure/GCP/Kubernetes).
