Jira Migration Engineer - IT Project Delivery (India)

Key Responsibilities : - Migrate Jira/Confluence and Jira Service Management Data Center to Jira SaaS. - Perform Atlassian Cloud migrations, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime. - Administer and manage Jira Cloud instances, including user management, permissions, and configurations. - Work on Jira/Confluence Okta integration. - Implement Jira/Confluence SSO/SAML. - Integrate Jira with other tools and systems to streamline workflows and improve productivity. - Automate basic tasks using ScriptRunner, Jira automation suite for Jira workflows, and Jira Misc Workflow Extensions (JMWE). Must Have Skills : - Expertise in Data Center and Cloud administration. - Atlassian Migration expert with strong skill sets as follows : - JCMA or CCMA Migration - DC Jira - Unix - Proficiency in Jira setup, migration, and customization. - Understanding of Groovy/Python scripts used in automation of workflows in Jira. - Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud migrations using JCMA/CCMA. - Knowledge of Jira Cloud and Data Center administration and best practices. - Familiarity with integrating Jira with other systems and tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Robust communication and collaboration skills.
