Produce calculations, models, reports, and presentations to high standards, on time, and within budget. Share work for senior colleague review and contribute to quality assurance through peer reviews. Present designs at internal workshops and chair external client meetings when required. Lead teams by making timely decisions and corrective actions, fostering an atmosphere that delivers excellent work. Collaborate with external clients and engage other internal discipline designers. Inform colleagues about design decisions to achieve company and client objectives. Prepare fee proposals or bids and competition designs while working alongside senior colleagues. Coordinate work with the project team and contribute to internal technical development following strategy. Mentor and assist Graduates and less experienced Engineers, maintaining continued professional development, particularly in line management and chartership. Actively maintain an external and internal network. Job Requirements Master's Degree in Structural Engineering. 10-15 years of relevant experience in Aviation projects. Essential experience with secondary steel. Good AutoCAD skills and proficiency in engineering software; Revit Structures is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident and proactive approach to problem-solving. Working knowledge and understanding of relevant domestic standards. Good English skills.
