Head of Engineering (Work from Home)

We are looking to urgently hire a Head of Engineering who will oversee our engineering function and shape the technical vision of our SaaS platform. This position will focus on developing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that align with product expansion and growing customer demands. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and expand the engineering team Take ownership of the SaaS platform architecture, system performance, and overall reliability Establish and implement the long-term technology strategy and roadmap Collaborate closely with Product and Leadership teams to align technical execution with business goals Maintain high standards of system availability, security, and data integrity Required Qualifications: Strong experience in building and managing SaaS products Proven ability to lead technical teams or manage complex projects Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems Experience scaling platforms to accommodate customer growth Strong communication abilities and confident decision-making skills Technologies We Use: React TypeScript HTML5 SCSS JavaScript (ES6+) Redux React Query PHP Laravel Python MySQL (MariaDB) WordPress Currently open to Indian Applicants Only.
