Lead Java Developer

Job Title: Senior Java Developer (8+ Years Experience) Location: Noida / Mohali / Remote (as per business requirement) Experience: 8+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Candidates Serving Notice Period Preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring ecosystem, Microservices architecture, REST & SOAP APIs, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and experience working in Agile development environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java-based enterprise applications. Develop Microservices using Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks. Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services. Develop robust backend services with a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Architects. Optimize SQL queries and database performance. Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and DevOps best practices. Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud environments. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development. Strong expertise in: Java (Java 8/11/17) Spring Framework Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security Hibernate/JPA Experience developing Microservices Architecture . Strong experience with: REST APIs SOAP Web Services Hands-on experience with: SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) Experience with AWS Cloud Services . Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines. Good understanding of DevOps concepts and deployment automation. Experience working with: Linux Apache Tomcat IBM WebSphere Oracle WebLogic Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Strong understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. Exposure to monitoring and logging tools. AWS certification is an added advantage.
