About the role
BVG India Ltd. is looking for Lab Maintenance & Polyhouse Maintenance Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Laboratory Maintenance Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of lab instruments (e.g., microscopes, autoclaves, incubators, pH meters, laminar flow hoods). Maintain inventory of chemicals, consumables, and spare parts. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards, waste disposal, and hygiene protocols. Maintain maintenance logs, calibration certificates, and equipment performance records. Support scientists/researchers with equipment setup and testing. Polyhouse Maintenance Monitor and maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, irrigation, ventilation, shading). Operate and service irrigation systems, fertigation units, foggers, insect nets, sensors, and shading nets. Conduct structural inspections and repair damages to frames, cladding sheets, benches, etc. Manage pest-control, sanitation, and regular upkeep of the polyhouse. Ensure adherence to crop-specific polyhouse management standards.
