About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish. Manage labor resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure timely completion of tasks by monitoring progress against schedules. Desired Candidate Profile 3-4 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (site management). Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil. Strong understanding of site execution, labour control, site planning, site supervision, and site management principles.
