About the role
About Global Payment
The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.
We are Global Infra and SRE team, serving Global Payments through stability assurance and technical reconstruction. The working scope includes system stability, security and compliance, technical efficiency enhancement, as well as the entire technical architecture as a whole. Leading critical technical special projects across overall Global Payments subdomains.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the critical architecture of Global Payments, design a highly available, high performance, and highly maintainable system to ensure the stability and globalization of Global Payments - Design and implement the guarantee system of end-to-end stability of payment business - Respond to the production issues to guarantee the payment service uptime.
