About the role
The Data Center Service team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyperscale data centers. The team manages the end to end lifecycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions and various infrastructure services ensuring that they are scalable and are reliable.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end resource delivery for Edge POP deployments based on network expansion plans and business requirements, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution. - Drive planning and delivery of edge site / POP resources, including racks, power, cooling, cabling, network access, and supporting infrastructure readiness. - Coordinate with network, data center infrastructure, procurement, vendors, and local teams to manage the full delivery lifecycle, including site readiness, construction, acceptance, and service turn-up. - Establish and continuously optimize delivery standards, workflows, and quality control mechanisms for POP resource deployment. - Track project schedule, cost, risks, and resource utilization; proactively identify issues and drive timely resolution. - Manage vendors and delivery quality to ensure critical resources are delivered in accordance with SLA and technical requirements. - Support multi-region and multi-project delivery to ensure infrastructure capacity keeps pace with business growth.
