Embedded in customer environments, this role will rapidly develop and debug AI applications to accomplish production-grade deployment, while driving product feature iteration.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business scenarios, rapidly build AI application prototypes for validation, and continuously iterate them into production-grade Agent systems. - Design AI- and cloud-based architectures, and leverage AI-assisted development to rapidly implement solutions within customer environments, effectively integrating with customers’ application APIs and data systems while complying with their security requirements. - Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure Agent systems meet requirements for accuracy, safety, and latency. - Identify reusable application patterns and technical challenges, translate them into product feature requests, and help drive product evolution and improvement. - Work closely with customers’ engineering teams to ensure successful deployment of AI applications, achieving long-term stability, high adoption rates, and sustained business value.
