About the Team
This position is part of the InfoSec | Access Governance team. Serving all business lines across the company, we are responsible for building and evolving the access governance framework. In this role, you will be directly involved in: - Designing and building the core access governance capabilities for a large-scale global internet company. - Integrating emerging technologies (such as Large Language Models, AI Agents, Privacy-Enhancing Computation, and Trusted Computing) into access governance practices. - Driving the systematic upgrade of access governance from "policy-driven compliance" to "built-in capabilities".
Job Description
- Accountable for establishing and maintaining privilege governance metrics, conducting systematic monitoring of indicators, and performing attribution analysis. Measure the company's governance level from multiple dimensions and provide risk inputs for privilege governance.
- Responsible for the construction of the company's privilege governance system, defining the identification of privilege risks, and driving the implementation of governance solutions to enhance the company's privilege management level and collaborative capabilities.
- Write company privilege management regulations/polices, optimize privilege management processes, and innovate privilege management methods.
- Responsible for the operation of the internal privilege management platform. Develop effective operational plans and processes in line with business and platform development goals. Handle daily operational issues of the platform and respond to and drive the resolution of business-related problems.
