Responsibilities

Understand ads platform objectives and take full advantage of modern machine learning techniques to improve ads relevance and quality delivered to end users. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to diagnose software delivery problems, optimize experiences and improve monetization efficiency. Explore and develop core software systems and algorithms, including ads bidding, ads targeting, ads ranking, and model serving reliability. Conduct cutting-edge research in auction, recommendation, or deep learning related problems, and apply the technology to different business scenarios. Handle complex module R&D. Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability and performance of the services. Provide assessment and integration of needed components. Bring new ideas and technologies into the company’s platform, innovate and iterate. Provide mentorship to senior and mid-level software engineers.
