Working Hours: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST Job Summary We are looking for professionals with 58 years of experience in ServiceNow Support Account Management (SAM). The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, integrations with upstream and downstream systems, plugins, and ITIL processes. This role involves working closely with client stakeholders and executives, requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Technical development expertise is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Support and manage ServiceNow accounts for enterprise clients. Understand the ServiceNow platform, plugins, and integrations with upstream and downstream systems. Coordinate with client stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery. Handle customer interactions professionally and effectively, including communication with senior client executives. Follow ITIL best practices while managing incidents, requests, and support activities. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of services. Maintain explicit documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications 57 years of relevant experience. Valuable understanding of the ServiceNow platform. Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with upstream and downstream systems. Familiarity with ServiceNow plugins.
