As a Senior Data Scientist at Mondel z International, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by creating valuable insights from data and communicating these findings to stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and deriving value from data using methods such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, machine learning, and data visualization. You will also formulate hypotheses and test them using various techniques. - Understanding business challenges and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making. - Developing custom models or prototypes from trends and patterns discerned in the data and coordinating with technical teams for implementation and monitoring of results. - Applying mathematical, statistical, predictive modeling, or machine-learning techniques to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making. - Contributing to exploration and experimentation in data visualization and managing reviews of analytics techniques and tools for continuous improvement. You are expected to bring a strong quantitative skillset with experience in statistics and linear algebra, knowledge of statistical programming languages like R, Python, and SQL, familiarity with machine learning techniques, and good communication skills for cross-team collaboration. Additionally, you should have experience in statistics, data mining techniques, and data visualization tools. The key responsibilities of this role include: - GenAI application development throughout the lifecycle of projects, from ideation to deployment and optimization. - Providing strategic advice on the evolution of GenAI capabilities to align with company goals. - Establishing programmatic approaches and governance frameworks for effective GenAI application building. - Supporting the design of enterprise-level architectures for GenAI applications and evaluating appropriate tools and technologies. - Sharing knowledge with team members, mentoring junior data scientists, and fostering a strong GenAI community within the organization. To qualify for this position, you should have a Master's degree in a Quantitative Discipline, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in data science/AI and at least 3 years of GenAI focused experience.
