IT - Sr Systems Engineer - Storage

Educational : . Engineering graduate (Computer/Electronics). Experience: . Should have at least4-8years of relevant experience. Must have : . Ensures the availability, reliability, scalability, and manageability of the data storage environment . Provides Level 2/3 technical system expertise Oversight and accountability for resolution of outages, service level issues, and user/customer support needs in coordination with Operations Support . Create and maintain documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems, design, configuration, support and processes . Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and bottleneck issues within a complex application & systems infrastructure . Assists with backup & recovery procedures . Participates in change control activities to ensure awareness of scheduled work as it relates to Preferred : . Good working knowledge of Foreman, Elk, Grafana Role : . Would be member of Coreautomation team . Would be required to work onautomatingoperations to manage Unix infrastructure globally. . Would be required to work on automation projects & global rollouts.
