As a Product Architect at Cadence, you will be a pivotal leader in electronic design, leveraging over 30 years of computational software expertise to turn design concepts into reality. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with innovative RD and Customer Engagement teams to influence the development of software tools for advanced chip design platforms. - Utilize strong knowledge of IC design and physical design flow to work with EDA tools like Cadence Innovus, Genus, and Cerebrus, ensuring strong debug skills. - Apply expertise in physical design constraints such as power, clock, placement, routing, and timing to drive successful chip designs. - Proficient in scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl, or Python, while working with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions. - Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including physical design, synthesis, and signoff teams, to ensure project success. - Test, validate, and deploy Innovus software for key customers, collaborating with R&D for future feature enhancements. Qualifications: - BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech or equivalent degree. - 15-20 years of experience in IC design and physical design flow. - Hands-on experience with EDA tools like Cadence Innovus, Genus, and Cerebrus. - Proficiency in scripting languages (Tcl, Perl, Python) and strong debugging skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
