Salesforce QA/ Tosca (Bengaluru)

We are looking for an experienced TOSCA Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) applications to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Tricentis TOSCA for Salesforce-based web applications. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to understand requirements and define test strategies. - Participate in test planning activities, including test case design, test data identification, and test execution. - Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing following completion of development activities. - Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA, ensuring defects are linked to user stories for complete traceability. - Perform defect triage, root cause analysis, and provide defect management reporting. - Publish sprint-end test reports, including execution status, defect metrics, and quality assessments. - Utilize QTest Test Management System to create, manage, and track test cases and test executions. - Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of test management processes. Required Skills & Qualifications - 35 years of hands-on experience in Test Automation using Tricentis TOSCA. - Solid experience in building and maintaining automated test scripts for web-based applications. - Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Hands-on experience writing and executing SOQL queries. .
