This role is part of our Graphic Communications business unit, which serves the global print and packaging industry with ERP and production software designed for commercial printers, packaging manufacturers, promotional and transactional print providers, sign and display manufacturers, and in-plant print operations. About the Role Job Requirements Manage day to day operations for your staff and projects being a hands on manager, including resource allocation and prioritization, business case estimates, design reviews, project effort estimates, automation expansion and execution, to effectively deliver results. In other words, figure out how to get your team's job done in the most effective way possible.Anticipate needs and implications of decisions, proactively working to identify, clarify, and resolve issues. Remove barriers in and outside the organization in a timely mannerWorking with product designers and developers at all stages to promote qualityManage, plan, develop, and execute software testing tasks for applications developed using various technologies including distributed Internet technologies (Java/.net, relational databases, XML, web services, etc.). Create and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, Status Reports, and Metrics.Flexibility to work with changing requirementsProducing test plans and ensuring they are followedAutomation being the highest priority to ensure product quality, be a hands on automation person to write and review the automation scriptsProducing and prioritizing bug reportsReproducing bug reports from the field and writing clear steps to reproduceRunning cross-platform & browser testingGood understanding on load, scalability, and performance testing requirements and ensuring they have been metWorking with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosisGood understanding on the agile scrum methodologiesProvide "triage" and troubleshooting skills for QA teamRequired Skills: Excellent communication skillsGreat teamwork and strong leadership skills and experience in working with offshore teamsProgramming knowledge on JavaExperience with automation tools (such as Selenium/Java, Python)Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, Progress etcExperience with LoadRunner, JMeter, ZAP will be an advantageExperience with API automationStrong technical aptitude and experience with the technical tools like Jenkins for CICD etcPassionate about new technology, AI and perform technical evaluationsRequired to document and report on defects and other software issuesStrong problem-solving abilityExperience with ERP and web-based database applications preferredMust be motivated; a self-starter, results oriented individual with a successful track record.Should be experienced in Agile methodologies preferably certified Scrum Master.Practical experience using AI-assisted coding toolsWork Experience Requi .
