Role : Analytics Engineer BI/AI About the Role : Join our team as an Analytics Engineer focused on Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will be instrumental in designing and building modern data solutions that empower business users with actionable insights. Your work will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand analytics needs, developing data models and pipelines, and enabling AI-driven decision-making across the organization. What Were Looking For : - 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering roles - Proficiency in SQL and data modeling best practices for analytics - Experience working with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) - Strong knowledge of dbt, Airflow, or similar ETL/ELT tools - Familiarity with BI platforms like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau - Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle and integration with analytics systems - Scripting skills in Python or R - Experience with Git and collaborative workflows - Availability for at least 4 hours overlap with U.S. Pacific Time Nice to have : - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field - Familiarity with ML Ops, data governance, and observability tools - Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Strong statistical background or experience in predictive analytics - Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain analytics - Experience with CI/CD in data environments - Contributions to open-source data or analytics projects - Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools - Familiarity with ML Ops - Contributions to open-source proj Role : Analytics Engineer BI/AI About the Role : Join our team as an Analytics Engineer focused on Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
