About the role
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP system administration, installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP landscape management, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting business-critical SAP environments. Key Roles & Responsibilities Administer and maintain SAP systems including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PO, and SAP NetWeaver. Perform SAP installations, system copies (homogeneous/heterogeneous), kernel upgrades, and support package implementations. Manage SAP transport management system (TMS) and coordinate transport activities across landscapes. Monitor SAP system health, performance, availability, and capacity planning. Good Knowledge on HANA Database administration. Execute backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high-availability support activities. Troubleshoot SAP system issues, dumps, spool, background jobs, RFCs, gateways, ICM, and work processes. Support SAP refreshes, client copies, and migration activities. Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams. Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Participate in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis. Knowledge on CloudALM configuration
