Technical Lead

As a tech leader at Cambay Tiger, you will play a pivotal role in owning and stabilizing the tech ecosystem, which includes Odoo ERP, App/Web integrations, WebEngage, and Rider App. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning and managing the end-to-end tech stack encompassing ERP, app/web, and delivery systems. - Managing and coordinating multiple external development teams to ensure seamless operations. - Ensuring uptime, data accuracy, and smooth daily operations. - Translating business requirements into effective tech solutions. - Developing reporting tools and dashboards to provide valuable business insights. - Working towards reducing vendor dependency over time. - Driving the implementation of scalable architecture within the tech ecosystem. The ideal candidate for this role would possess: - 510 years of experience in managing multi-system tech ecosystems. - Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic thinking approach. - Comfort with a lean, high-ownership work environment. - A business-first mindset.
