Senior Qlik Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Qlik Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions using Qlik Sense within a multi-tenant energy and sustainability platform. This role operates as a key contributor within the BI Center of Excellence (COE) , delivering high-quality analytics solutions across global teams and client environments. Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications tailored to custom client requirements Act as a core member of the BI Center of Excellence (COE) , adhering to established standards, architecture, and best practices Independently execute development tasks for highly engaged clients while collaborating with the central BI COE Partner with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions Apply strong analytical thinking to evaluate requirements, challenge assumptions , and recommend sustainable solutions Ensure a balance between client responsiveness and long-term platform stability and maintainability Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including updates on progress, risks, and dependencies Contribute to project planning, delivery, and prioritization in a dynamic, client-driven environment Align deliverables with COE priorities while maintaining strong organizational and project management practices Key Skill 5+ years of experience in Qlik Sense development Strong expertise in data modeling, scripting, and dashboard development in Qlik Experience working within a BI Center of Excellence (COE) or similar structured environment Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across time zones Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders Experience in client-facing roles and requirement gathering Experience: 5+ years
