Data Analyst

Primary Responsibilities: Administer a PostgreSQL database and ensure smooth data operation Manage and create data sets available through BI tools such as Chartio , Power BI , or others Automate and refresh reports and dashboards in a BI tool through queries Help improve data quality and data availability by analyzing existing data and datasets Provide systems best practices recommendations to enhance the efficiency and overall data quality of our systems Required Skills/Qualifications: BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience Fluency in written and spoken English 2–5 years of professional experience in SQL querying and proven ability to work with large and complex data sets 2–5 years of professional experience working with a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Chartio, Domo, Salesforce Einstein, etc.) Interest in sales data analytics and data quality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , including the ability to gather and analyze large amounts of data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations Strong business acumen Ability to effectively partner with colleagues of all levels Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Experience working with Salesforce.com data Previous experience in the education or information technology industry
