About the role
As a Product Manager at Candescent, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Connectivity Platform. You will be responsible for ensuring profitable strategic investments by focusing on valuable opportunities and building a strategic product roadmap based on market potential. Your role will involve balancing team capacity against demand, leveraging market research and customer needs to create the product vision, and owning a healthy product backlog for the team. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 5-10 years of Product Management experience - Develop a strategic product roadmap and plan based on market potential - Balance team capacity against demand - Utilize market research, customer needs, and internal business priorities to create the product vision - Ensure necessary governance across the entire product lifecycle - Own and define a healthy product backlog for the team Key Practitioner Skills: - Product strategy & roadmap development - Prioritization and release planning - Utilize discovery, design thinking, and requirement specification - Develop go-to-market strategies - Proficient in agile ways of working such as Scrum / SAFe - Manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Utilize product analytics for performance measurement - Ability to leverage AI for product discovery, planning, and delivery Fundamental Skills & Traits: - Knowledge of Consumer / Business / Wealth / Corporate banking domain - Understanding technical aspects like API & Integration, Microservices, and Event-driven architecture - Customer-centric and outcome-oriented approach - Continuous learner with a growth mindset - Possess a curious, analytical, and AI-native mindset Technical Competencies - Understanding: - APIs & Integration - Microservice & Event-driven Architecture - Cloud & SaaS - Digital Channels Please note that Candescent only accepts resumes from agencies on the preferred supplier list.
