Senior Application Support Engineer

Description The C++ Developer will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions aligned with business expansion and evolving client requirements Responsibilities Application Development Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code. Build high-performance applications for low latency trading environments. Performance Optimization Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and implement solutions to optimize performance. Develop performance-critical modules ensuring minimal latency and high throughput. System Design & Implementation Participate in requirement gathering, system design, and technical implementation. Contribute to scalable and resilient system architecture. Code Quality & Best Practices Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation. Follow best practices including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration. Real-Time Data Handling Work with large volumes of real-time market data and order processing systems. Ensure efficient handling of data streams in high-frequency environments. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with clients, product teams, and internal stakeholders. Act as a key contributor in delivering client-focused solutions. Qualifications 710+ years of hands-on experience in C++ application development. Strong proficiency in C++, including STL containers and algorithms. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design. Experience with modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17/20). Strong knowledge of templating and dynamic polymorphism. Familiarity with TCP/IP, UDP, and Multicast networking. Experience with Linux-based development environments. Experience handling real-time market data and order management systems. Familiarity with FIX Protocol. Experience with Python for scripting or tooling. Exposure to low latency or high-frequency trading systems. Strong ownership and accountability mindset. Ability to work in high-performance, fast-paced environments. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. .
