About the role
Lead the administration and governance of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Entra ID. Manage complex cross-tenant access scenarios, ensuring secure and efficient collaboration across multiple tenants. Oversee M&A integrations and cross-tenant migrations, including mailbox, Teams, SharePoint, and identity consolidation. Configure and manage multi-tenant organization (MTO) settings, such as cross-tenant synchronization, shared address books, and calendar federation. Administer email security and messaging infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage Windows server operations, virtualization, and incident response, with a focus on automation and service improvement. Collaborate with internal application development teams to ensure optimal utilization of Power Platform services. Monitor and govern Power Platform database allocations, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Handle read-only and delegated access requests to Azure and M365 resources, maintaining a secure and controlled environment. Provide technical ownership and expertise during M&A activities, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of acquired entities.
