Jr Architect

As a Jr Architect at Cap Project X (Nestify), you will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and consultants on design development and project execution across diverse typologies such as retail, commercial, and hospitality. Your key responsibilities will include managing architectural design processes from concept to execution, preparing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation. Additionally, you will conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure that the design intent is maintained. You will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery, researching design trends, materials, and technologies, and presenting design concepts and updates to clients and stakeholders effectively. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree in Architecture with 03 years of relevant professional experience, proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and site coordination, excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, and a well-curated portfolio showcasing built and/or conceptual projects.
