Business Analyst

Capco Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Business Analyst! Responsibilities of the candidate: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments. Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for the development team. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories. Develop process flow diagrams, data models, and system interface specifications. Serve as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and project management. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather requirements. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and project sponsors. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with technical architects and developers to design optimal solutions. Evaluate proposed solutions against business requirements and organizational constraints. Participate in system design reviews and provide business perspective. Define acceptance criteria and validation approaches for deliverables. Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements. Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Document and track defects through resolution. Requirements: Strong business requirements analysis and documentation skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
