As a Senior Data Modeler at Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, you will have the opportunity to work on engaging projects with leading international and local banks, insurance companies, payment service providers, and other key players in the industry. Your work will contribute to transforming the financial services industry, making a significant impact through innovative thinking, delivery excellence, and thought leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Strong Data Modeling experience of 8-12 years in the financial domain. - Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) to create and deliver high-quality data models following agreed data governance and standards. - Maintain quality metadata and data-related artifacts ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, unambiguity, reliability, accessibility, traceability, and validity. - Individual contributor with a good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies. - Collaborate effectively with teams, demonstrating a self-starter approach, ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build rapport and relationships, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to facilitate successful project delivery. Qualifications Required: - Strong Data Modeling experience of 8-12 years in the financial domain. - Proficiency in SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm (preferable). - Experience working as a Senior Data Modeler or similar role, demonstrating expertise in data modeling concepts and practices. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a solution-seeking approach and the capability to bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
