Key Responsibilities: - Strong Data Modeling experience of 8-12 years in the financial domain. - Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) to create and deliver high-quality data models following agreed data governance and standards. - Maintain quality metadata and data-related artifacts ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, unambiguity, reliability, accessibility, traceability, and validity. - Individual contributor with a good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies. - Collaborate effectively with teams, demonstrating a self-starter approach, ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build rapport and relationships, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to facilitate successful project delivery. Qualifications Required: - Strong Data Modeling experience of 8-12 years in the financial domain. - Proficiency in SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm (preferable). - Experience working as a Senior Data Modeler or similar role, demonstrating expertise in data modeling concepts and practices. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a solution-seeking approach and the capability to bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
