Tableau Developer

Skills and Qualifications : 8 + years of career experience as a Full Stack developer with a expertise in Tableau / PowerBI along with Financial Services industry experience with a solid understanding of Capital Markets/Banking/ Finance domain. Proficient in SQL and python scripting. Proactive self-starter who can identify opportunities for improvement and operate autonomously. Ability to conduct data analysis to make data driven decisions. Understanding of software enterprise architecture patterns, software development processes, and tools that developers use to deploy their changes as a part of CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of methods used by systems to communicate/transfer data (e.g. databases, APIs, files, message queues). Organizational skills as reflected through a methodical/organized approach to analysis and documentation and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to create detailed user stories, working with users and squad to refine stories. Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Agile software development practices, TDD, Continuous Integration. Good to have - Experience on Data Governance - Concepts, Policies and Principles. Certifications relevant to Governance, Modelling, Architecture Experience in any Data Governance Tool like Collibra etc.
