Adobe Experience Manager

Roles & Responsibilities Perform functional, UI, and regression testing of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) websites, components, templates, and content services. Validate AEM authoring workflows, publishing processes, content rendering, and content delivery across multiple browsers and devices. Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure application quality and reliability. Build, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks using tools such as WebdriverIO, Selenium, Node.js, and Python . Conduct API testing and validation using Postman and Newman , ensuring complete test coverage across web and service layers. Identify, document, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA , collaborating closely with development teams for timely resolution. Execute end-to-end, integration, smoke, sanity, and regression testing throughout the software development lifecycle. Validate AEM Content-as-a-Service (CaaS) implementations, Adobe Analytics tracking, and Adobe Target integrations. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and create effective test strategies. Integrate automated test suites with Jenkins, Sauce Labs, Git , and CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing initiatives. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Prepare and maintain test documentation, test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of overall QA experience , with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in AEM testing . Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, Components, Templates, Content Workflows, and Publishing Processes . Proven experience in both manual and automation testing of web applications. Hands-on expertise with WebdriverIO, Selenium, Cypress, Node.js, Python , or similar automation technologies. Solid experience in API testing using Postman, Newman, REST APIs, and related validation tools. Strong understanding of cross-browser, responsive, accessibility, and user experience testing . Experience with JIRA, PractiTest, TestRail , or other test management and defect-tracking tools. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and AEM CaaS validation. Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines , DevOps practices, Git, Jenkins, Sauce Labs, and Docker. Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in the Insurance domain will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
