About the role
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium. Develop and execute API automation test cases using Rest Assured. Build and maintain BDD frameworks using Cucumber. Create feature files, step definitions, and automation scenarios. Perform UI, API, regression, smoke, and integration testing. Analyze test results and report defects using Jira or similar tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies. Ensure test coverage and quality standards are met.
