Your Role Own endtoend ALM for enterprise applications across Build, Run, Enhance, and Sunset. Lead AMS delivery , ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and predictable outcomes. Govern ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) and audit compliance. Drive Agile/DevOps delivery , release cadence, and continuous improvement. Act as primary stakeholder interface , managing risks, roadmap, and financials Your Profile 12-14 Years overall experience. Strong ALM leadership with Run + Change ownership in AMS / AE models Engagement / Delivery Management (EM) client management, governance, and financial control Proven experience managing enterprise production applications Working knowledge of .NET or SAP (either acceptable; not required to be handson) Exposure to Agile, DevOps, and ITSM (ITIL) frameworks What you''ll love about working here
