About the role
Role Overview: As an Automation Lead for Change Management, your primary responsibility will be to implement and sustain various industrialization related activities for ADM Office in Mumbai. You will drive initiatives with India industrialization & Automation teams, implementing best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of processes and enhance people productivity. Additionally, you will coach and motivate the team to continuously improve, showcasing benefits to both customers and internally. Your role will also involve showcasing industrialization benefits during client visits, conducting workshops on improvement areas, and overseeing end-to-end improvements with customers. Data analysis on various metrics and reporting on industrialization & Automation progress will be essential aspects of your role.
