Skills: Cisco Routers & Switches Troubleshooting Experience on Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols like STP, EIGRP,OSPF, BGP . Hand on experience with Cisco hardware (ISR routers & catalyst switches) Knowledge on Cisco routers & Switches troubleshooting Knowledge on SDWAN/Cisco Meraki troubleshooting. Working exp. On Cisco Routers and Switches NOC support. Ready to working in 24/7 rotational shifts. Good with Communications skills CCNA/CCNP certifications mandatory Candidate should be aware of basic ITIL process. Candidate will be involved in incident management involves in in-depth troubleshooting skills & providing RCAs. Working hours: AMER Time Zone (10pm to 7am IST). Experience: 6+ years on networking
