Job Description Production Support Engineer - GE Proficy Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai Experience: 4-9 Years Join us to play a key role in ensuring seamless manufacturing operations by supporting GE Proficy Plant Applications and Historian systems. You'll work in a fast-paced production support environment, focusing on system stability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Role Overview Provide end-to-end production support for GE Proficy Plant Applications (PlantApps) and Historian systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, monitoring, system configuration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain GE Proficy Plant Applications & Historian systems Perform system configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting Analyze and resolve application, database, and integration issues Develop, optimize, and debug SQL queries and stored procedures Work with infrastructure teams to ensure system performance and availability Technical Skills GE Proficy Plant Applications (v7+) and Historian (v5+) SQL Server (stored procedures - mandatory) Ideal Candidate Profile Experience in MES production support environments Strong hands-on expertise in production support and incident management
