About the role
As a Software Test Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing test plans and test specifications based on project requirements. - Performing manual and automated testing to validate system functionality and performance. - Identifying defects, debugging issues, and performing root cause analysis, providing recommendations for resolution. - Collaborating with development teams to ensure timely defect resolution and quality improvement. - Contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Proficiency in Python programming language. - Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for test automation. - Strong experience in test planning, test case design, and execution. - Ability to analyze issues and identify root causes effectively. - Working knowledge of embedded products and systems. Preferred skills for this position include familiarity with automation frameworks and CI/CD integration, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. In terms of education and experience, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field, along with relevant experience in software testing and embedded systems.
