Your Role Drive industrialization and automation initiatives across ADM operations Implement best practices and continuous improvement frameworks Enable teams through coaching and adoption of automation solutions Engage with clients to demonstrate value and conduct improvement workshops Perform data analysis and report on productivity, quality, and automation progress Your Profile Strong experience in automation, industrialization, and continuous improvement (CI) Knowledge of RPA, AI/GenAI, or workflow automation tools Expertise in ADM/AMS delivery environments Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI) Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and strong stakeholder/client management skills What you''ll love about working here
