Role Overview: As an Identity and Access Management specialist at our client, one of the United States' largest insurers, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts on mainframe security systems such as RACF. You will work with tools like Vanguard and zSecure to administer security databases effectively. Your role will involve implementing and maintaining security policies using tools like RACF, Vanguard, and PowerTech. Enforcing least privilege and role-based access control, conducting access reviews, collaborating with different teams, driving automation, and documenting processes will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will investigate and remediate access-related incidents and vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Create, modify, and delete user accounts on mainframe security systems - Implement and maintain security policies using tools like RACF, Vanguard, and PowerTech - Enforce least privilege and role-based access control - Conduct access reviews and audit activities - Collaborate with different teams to define and implement access requirements - Drive automation of access provisioning and de-provisioning - Create and maintain documentation for user accounts, access management, and policies - Investigate and remediate access-related incidents and vulnerabilities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline - 9 years and above of experience - Technical skills in AS400, MVS/ZoS, CICS, DB2 - Intermediate level proficiency in RACF, Vanguard, and PowerTech - Fluent in English Company Details: Our client is a prominent insurer in the United States, serving over 10 million households and part of one of the largest Insurance Groups globally.
