Roles and Responsibilities Lead SAP FICO implementation projects from planning to go-live, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design solutions, and develop test plans. Provide technical guidance to junior team members on SAP FI/CO modules such as General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, and Asset Accounting. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the implementation process. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project timeline.
