About the role
Location Bangalore Experience 8-12 years Choosing Capgemini means choosing a place where you ll be empowered to shape your career supported by a collaborative global community and inspired to reimagine what s possible Join us in building intelligent automation solutions that drive efficiency scalability and innovation across cloud-native and infrastructure platforms Your Role As a Python Automation Lead you will be instrumental in designing and implementing automation frameworks and infrastructure solutions across cloud environments You ll work closely with engineering DevOps and QA teams to build scalable systems and ensure robust automation across the software development lifecycle In this role you will Develop automation scripts and frameworks using Python Shell scripting or Groovy Work with Python test frameworks such as Pytest Lettuce and Doctest Design and manage infrastructure using Kubernetes OpenStack and other cloud-native platforms Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Terraform Ansible Helm and Kolla Ansible Integrate CI CD pipelines using Jenkins GitLab CI or GitHub Actions Conduct API testing using tools like Postman RestAssured and Karate Monitor systems using observability tools such as Prometheus Grafana and the ELK Stack Work across cloud environments AWS Azure GCP and on-premise infrastructure Apply Agile methodologies and QA best practices throughout the SDLC Your Profile 8-12 years of experience in automation and cloud infrastructure Robust programming skills in Python with experience in Shell scripting or Groovy Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenStack Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools Experience with CI CD and API testing tools Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms Exposure to cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure setups Strong understanding of Agile practices and software quality assurance What You ll Love About Working Here Flexible work hours and remote work options Inclusive culture that values innovation collaboration and continuous learning Opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies and impactful projects About Us Capgemini is a leader in digital transformation helping organizations automate and optimize their operations With a global team of experts we deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence .
