Lead Full Stack Developer React.js & Node.js

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across front-end and back-end development, API design, microservices, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery environments. Experience: 9–12 Years Location: Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js . Build reusable, responsive UI components and robust RESTful APIs. Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical best practices. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Support CI/CD implementation and Agile/Scrum delivery processes. Required Skills Strong expertise in React.js (Hooks, Redux, Context API). Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js . Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 . Experience in REST API development and integration . Strong knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL . Experience with Microservices Architecture . Hands-on experience with Git , CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP . Preferred Skills Cloud-native application development. Containerization and modern deployment practices. Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
