Managing Business Solution Designer

Job Role We are looking for highly skilled Japanese Bilingual Associates with hands-on experience in AWS or Software Testing . The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English , and be comfortable collaborating with Japanese clients and technical teams. Roles/Responsibilities Communicate with Japanese stakeholders, clients, and internal teams (verbal & written). Translate business requirements, technical documents, and meeting discussions. Work on AWS cloud services or perform functional/non-functional testing based on project needs. Support project delivery by bridging communication between Japanese and Indian teams. Participate in client calls, requirement gathering sessions, and status meetings. Prepare and review bilingual documentation (EnglishJapanese). Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams support potential onsite assignments. Required Skills JLPT N2 Certification (Mandatory) Strong proficiency in Japanese and English communication. 1.5 to 3 years of experience in: AWS Cloud Services , OR Software Testing (manual or automation) Understanding of SDLC & agile methodologies. Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Nice to Have skills Knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins). Experience working with Japanese clients or in Japan.
