About the role
Role & responsibilities Location Bangalore/ Hyderabad Experience 4 to 9 Years Joining Requirement Immediate to 030 days Core EMS/NMS Skills Hands-on experience with EMS/NMS platforms (any of): Prefer NetCloud Manager experience o NetCloud Manager, SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Center, Nokia NSP, Ericsson ENM, HP OpenView, etc. Strong understanding of FCAPS framework: o Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security Experience in: o Network monitoring & alerting o Event correlation & incident handling o Dashboard/report creation Networking Fundamentals Strong knowledge of: o TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP o Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF basics) o Switching (VLANs, STP) Understanding of: o WAN / SD-WAN / Wireless environments Python & Automation (Must-have) Hands-on scripting experience in Python Experience in: o Automating monitoring tasks & workflows o Parsing logs / alerts o API integrations (REST/JSON) Familiarity with libraries: o Requests, Paramiko, Netmiko, Pandas (good to have) Monitoring & Tooling Experience with: o SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow o Monitoring & alerting frameworks Ticketing tools: o ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy Valuable to Have Exposure to: o Cloud networking / SD-WAN o Ansible / automation tools o Log analysis tools (Splunk / ELK) Email : .
