On Cisco Routers and Switches NOC support. . Ready to working in 24 / 7 rotational shifts. . Good with Communications skills. CCNA / CCNPcertifications mandatory. Candidate should be aware of basic ITIL process Troubleshooting Experience on Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols like STP,EIGRP,OSPF,BGP . . Hand on experience with Cisco hardware (ISR routers catalyst switches).
