Join us and help the world's leading organizations''/p> Your Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Professional (6'15 Years) to lead and deliver end'to'end Salesforce implementations. You will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives by designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high'quality Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. Your Profile Lead, design, and deliver 3'4 Salesforce projects , including large'scale digital transformation initiatives. Develop scalable, high'quality, and customized solutions using Salesforce best practices and architecture standards. Work across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or Data Cloud as applicable). Leverage advanced Salesforce features , including automation, security, and performance optimization. Strong hands'on experience in Salesforce development , configuration, and customization. Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform tools. Participate in the full development lifecycle 'requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post'production support. Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, and innovation to improve performance and user experience. Stay current with new Salesforce releases and features , recommending continuous process and technical improvements. Work effectively in a multi'vendor and cross'functional environment , adapting to evolving project needs. Demonstrate strong problem'solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder'management skills .
